Incredible oncology product. High salary and generous bonuses

Cons

DS is growing too fast and as a result often employ people in a hurry that turn out to be unqualified or lazy. Lack of growth opportunity. Leadership team unqualified to manage a team and look after them. Poor management especially in medical affairs.

Great collaborative culture. U.K. Leadership has vision and striving for quality delivery for employees and customers. U.K. general manager is passionate about making this company truly customer focused. So far haven’t got bogged down in KPIs for the sake of KPIs determining performance on generic measures that don’t necessarily produce results. Too many KPIs and measuring them to death kill entrepreneurship. Let’s not lose what works well

Cons

Some of the politicking that exists in many larger companies in danger of destroying all the hard work of recent years. Those that always agree or praise management do not have the companies interests at heart but have their own selfish mission to accomplish.
