      Pros

      Family feel. No micromanaging. Most people I would classify as 'normal' and very friendly. Very little politics and gossip.

      Cons

      Recently split Oncology into a completely separate business unit and split a number of other 'neutral' HO support functions with it. I don't think this is great as it has split some teams and people up and risks developing two cultures as the two Oncology and Specialty business units hardly ever interact. I heard Head Office in Munich make decisions without strategy, but they have good intentions. The UK team and company is great.
