Excellent place for doing quality science. Employee first is the motto. Superb benefits, quality work-life balance and great salary structure.

Cons

Need to be more aggressive towards market competition. Must hire quality people from academia to be on the top of drug discovery field. Overall, I don't see any serious demerit.
