      Pros

      Flexible. Company car. Generous vacation time. Incentive trips are great. As with most pharma, job satisfaction almost always relies on your manager.

      Cons

      The pharmaceutical industry has changed so much over the years and physcians simply do not value what representatives are able to bring to their practice.

      good exposure, good employees will help you to teach and help you grow... good company to be a full time employee god job security as no layoff heard..........

      difficult to move ahead in your levels... not too much salary hikes and bonuses
