it offers great job flexibility and the chance to work independently and manage your own territory as long as you keep out of all of the gossip and negativity with other reps, you will do fine. opportunity to make a lot of money as long as you are a top performer

Cons

micromanagement; a lot of requirements to fulfill ; a lot of evening obligations; you can be incriminated for being friends with the wrong people

Pros

Terrific people first culture. US seen as the global growth engine for Daiichi Sankyo. US commercial operations are small enough to feel like a large family, but large enough to provide multiple opportunities for career development. Daiichi Sankyo actually follows through on its promises. Bureaucratic nonsense is kept to a minimum.

Cons

High accountability. Many job functions are performed by a single person. You either perform, and its recognized, or you don't and are held accountable. No hiding out here.

Company size. It's smaller therfore the opportunity is greater. I have worked for larger companies and it seems like you are competing against a larger pool of people. Also, there is more room for politics.

Cons

Not as well known as some of our competitors. I feel as though people tend to listen more when they know where you are from. We are still making our mark.
