Pros

Medium size company, with small company feel. Decent pay and benefits. Maintenance of status quo with limited turnover at Executive level of the organization.

Cons

DSI is stuck back in the conventional pharma model with little appreciation for innovation anymore. Inexperienced Male dominated cut-throat Sales-driven culture devoid of any customer or patient centricity. Lack of resources & experienced staff to compete with the major pharma companies (i.e. Effient failure).

Pros

Good stepping stone company to get into pharmaceutical industry. Company has a good pipeline and continues to expand.

Cons

No room for advancement. No other divisions or specialties. Local management is questionable. Doesn't motivate well, currently does it through fear and intimidation.

Pros

Very respectful to JPN colleagues, Open discussion regardless of meeting subject or topic

Cons

Less experienced but loud staff do few work but get promotions. There is no friendly collaboration but super unprofessional. They blame and deny the others' work to get themselves credit. People managers allow because they are doing same.
