Work life, Pay, Benefits. If in a good group you will enjoy working there. I was in a Home Office technical role and liked my group-and team but left due to workload and lack of advancement opportunities in near future.

Cons

R&D struggles to produce good trials and lead to many layoffs in the US. Unclear strategy at times.
