Pros
Flexible work schedules. De-stressor weeks without emails or meetings, half day summer Fridays, and dedicated no meeting times. Positive company culture and values. Good people and coworkers.
Cons
Some resistance to change. Work life balance and job satisfaction seems heavily dependent on department/function and line management. Often too much work asked of too few people. Sizable pay discrepancies for same title/role. Difficult hours, with the need to join very early and very late meetings to accommodate US and Japan times.
