Pros

robust pipeline, stellar future, good company sponsored initiatives like summer Fridays, helping community opportunities, learning /growth opportunities, etc.

Cons

Some teams in CSPV may not be ideal for everyone. The workload can feel overwhelming, with long hours and high expectations. Responsibilities are often assigned without adequate training or guidance, and in certain teams, particularly in Safety, you may miss out on company perks like Summer Fridays, destressor weeks, LinkedIn Learning, or other initiatives. Burnout is a constant concern, with no clear solutions in place. The culture is extremely fast-paced, to the point that it's normalized, and if you're coming from a more structured, larger pharma environment, it may be difficult to adjust—here, you'll likely be expected to handle the responsibilities of several departments at once. There is also bias/favoritism and company politics. No work life balance in PV even though it is being promoted on large scale in the company!!!

Pros

Promising pipeline that is delivering, company practices its values and genuinely tries to take employee survey feedback and improve things.

Cons

Like politics, everything is local. My management changed and no longer liked the way I was doing my job even though I had never changed my approach which got me great ratings in the past. Even though I was fully performing on objectives, they made the way I did my job a moving target that eventually led to me leaving. Management actively threw me under the bus and employee relations backed them up (no surprise). As the company has grown they have recruited people from outside with ulterior motives and personal agendas that are only interested in building an empire or preserving themselves at all costs.
