      Pros

      Biggest air conditioning manufacturing plant in the world over 6,000 employees. 4.2M sqft manufacturing space and over 22 production lines are installed. Many opportunities to learn not only HVAC manufacturing process but also general engineering skills.

      Cons

      Triple standards(Daikin, Goodman, whirlpool) and indecisive management make it slower to make a decision. Managements are less understanding of HVAC manufacturing processes and how to enhance/improve processes so that it tends to invest money with ineffective way. In addition, by creating unnecessary job titles to increase indirect labor cost to compress profit ratio.
