      Pros

      Lots of challenging work and you can wear as many hats as you want. Great growth for younger engineers and great stability for older engineers. Lots of traveling if you're willing.

      Cons

      Japanese favoritism. Often time your work will be credited to another colleague who just so happens to be Japanese. Work-life balance suffers.

      Good people at the lower levels.

      Cons

      Culture does not lend to trusting senior management. Old school leadership principles. Better places a person can go to now in days.

      Latin discrimination against other races

      Pros

      Now that the Hispanics have taken over the HR and Recruiting group the pros obviously have disappeared.

      Cons

      If you are a Black, White or Asian American, the hispanic/latin lead recruiting group will shun you as a job applicant and try to push you out the door if you are already on staff. There is a class action lawsuit for their bias and discriminating actions in the works.
