Pros

The company is very much in a growth phase with a lot of movement through the entire organizational structure. As the company grows, it becomes stronger in lean manufacturing capabilities and diversifies it's abilities to manufacture a great product.

Cons

Communication needs to improve. Structure of meetings and their relevance could be enhanced.

Pros

Solid company, excellent benefits--lowest health insurance for the best coverage I've ever had, very caring coworkers and management. Love buying bacon at the special employee price. Sincere desire by management to make Dailys even better.

Cons

On a scale of one to ten, it's crazy busy with your hair on fire--but I'm never bored!

Pros

Good location, wonderful product, great coworker. My coworkers were absolutely wonderful people. It was very tough to leave my coworkers, which is why I stayed so many years. I also loved what I did for work.

Cons

Too much whispering about changes coming, that never come. We waited 2 years for the last promised change. Management does not follow through
