      Lots of smart people some opportunity some leaders are great if they work on fixing things could be good place

      Cons

      Large egos and managers show favoritism high expectations but low pay basically overworked and underpaid culture team throw around psychological safety but its not there some fake people who dont want best for you so watch your back
