Pros

Everyone in the company wants to help you succeed. Never been part of a company where the sales organization will work with each other and not ask for anything in return. Truly refreshing to be a part of a growing company that understands what a positive culture means to its' success.

Pros

Best in class solution. Leadership that truly care and listens to their employees. Best company I've ever worked for. Amazing customer support. As a salesperson the support team is crucial and at DailyPay I have yet to deal with an unhappy client.

Cons

No company is perfect but DailyPay strives to be the best. I really can't think of anything

Pros

-Industry leading fintech product in high demand. -Fair starting salary and good benefits. -Great boss and leader who elevated my marketability and earnings potential. -Opportunities to take ownership of high impact projects. -Valuable experience as a subject matter expert for all data and analytics requests in the revenue org. -I came across a handful of genuinely good people here.

Cons

-Level of reliance on this role did not align with compensation and title. -Broken processes made it near impossible for this role to function efficiently. -Lack of accountability for poor performance while competent employees were left to fill in gaps. -Very frustrating stalemates between departments in terms of project ownership. -Power imbalance strongly in favor of Sales leadership. -From a data perspective, it seemed near impossible to nail down basic KPIs and build accurate reporting. There was a refusal by many to move away from Google sheets and streamline data collection/processes. Because of that, reporting was rarely reflective of reality. Additionally, this role was expected to single handedly bridge an extremely wide gap between data engineering and non-technical roles.
