Pros

- DailyPay provides a diverse and inclusive environment that allows all employees to thrive through their personal endeavors and in career-related goals. - Within my department specifically, sitting in Revenue, there is a terrific focus on the end-to-end customer journey that allows you exposure to varied areas of Revenue, from sales to partner success. A newly formed essential team that supports all areas of Revenue and beyond is the enablement team which keeps the Revenue team supported, informed, and equipped to succeed. - The training and learning opportunities are second to none. Within Revenue, the enablement team has a 90 day bootcamp that sets you up for success from Day 1. Past that, there is a continued focus on education with twice weekly engaging training sessions. The framework put in place to enable and drive our success is second to none. - I’ve been lucky to have had incredible direct leadership, being managed in a way that allows me to have a balance of guidance, mentorship, and freedom to take responsibility on my own right. - A progressive work environment where your voice is heard and you can make a true impact in your work but also in a fast-evolving industry that is shaping the world of pay.

Cons

Pros

At an entry-level stage of my career, DailyPay came into my crosshairs at exactly the right time. A true breath of fresh air from other positions I've held or was looking at, at the time. Honestly, the only job I've ever had where I never dread coming into work. Although the company is rapidly expanding, you don't experience the growing pains you might expect, like other companies at this rate of growth. Leadership truly cares and grooms you for success. I never feel under the gun and am self-motivated from this form of leadership. A robust set of benefits. Tons of snacks and free lunch. Unlimited PTO. Out-of-work events really bring the entire company together.

Cons

None that would be a deal-breaker. Hard to complain when there's already so much given.

Pros

#1 pro is the inclusive and fun culture as a whole! Everyone is so nice and helpful - it has more of a "family" feeling than I have experienced previously Great benefits include free lunch, monthly meetings/happy hours/celebrations, "casual" attire is the norm, some WFH days are negotiable

Cons

As cheesy as it may sound I can't think of any cons. I have truly enjoyed my experience so far at DailyPay
