This is a place that is focused on career development. Now, it won't be easy. They work hard but do it in a way that makes it fun and enjoyable. For a start up, they really do their best to invest in people and make it a place where you can grow professionally.

Cons

Sometimes it just gets crazy busy and at times, the pace gets super fast. I guess to be expected at a stat up
