      Phenomenal Growth

      Pros

      The mission is compelling - there is something special about being able to rally around helping others. The growth is insane - most of us will never have another opportunity to work at a company that grows this fast year after year. The people are great - I like everyone I work with, and there is a lot of effort from management to make sure people feel valued.

      Cons

      High growth and the economic climate we're in = lots of change. Even when it's good change, it is still a bit painful.

      Amazing people to work with throughout the company.

      Cons

      New senior management is incompetent and does not seem to have an actual plan for the future. Management also hides under a false pretense of transparency only when it’s beneficial for them and doesn’t actually address actual concerns and issues. As a result, employees’ morale has been low ever since the initial layoff after their transition and employees have been questioning whether there are more coming. Management continually denied that it was happening or declined to comment despite trumpeting their value of transparency. Recently, management implemented another round of layoffs right before thanksgiving without warning. Many benefits have silently been cut. As such, employees’ morale remain low as future career opportunities remain unclear.
