CEO, management, “transparency”, morale is very low

I quit Dailypay because I couldn’t take what they were doing to people the company is a trojan horse. They make dailypay seem like its an amazing benefit for you to use when you need it in reality they want you to struggle and be financially irresponsible so they can get more money.The app has so many issues and isn’t reliable for one getting “dailypay” everyday correctly is rare do to delays. Also there is issues with there payment processing system I can’t tell you how many times they say delay clients pay checks and tell them they’ll get it in 1-3 business days which is usually a lie and they stall it a bit later. I worked here trying to help our clients because they were mainly financially irresponsible people and single mothers and nobody cared not even the team leads who can resolve issue’s literally at that present moment!
