      Exceptional Leadership, Mission-Driven Organization, Great People. I came to DailyPay to continue growing in my career. This opportunity has afforded me the chance to learn from really strong leaders and work with great people. People come to work excited and passionate and eager to help each other. Especially seeing everything that our CEO has done and is doing to support our company and our partners during the COVID 19 crisis, confirms my decision even further.

      Pros

      DailyPay has a fast paced, mission-centric culture. Everyone employee is able to make an impact and have their ideas heard. - Employees have the unique ability to contribute to an impactful and meaningful cause. - Career ladder is clearly defined, and excellent work is recognized. - Leadership has a clear goal for where the organization is headed, and the goal is frequently communicated and demonstrated to employees. - There are many opportunities to get involved inside and outside of the office. This includes intramural sports, team events, community events, and other initiatives. - Pay is competitive, and you get a stipend for lunch every day. Benefits package is competitive as well. - Although DailyPay is quickly growing, we still maintain a small company, startup feel.
