      Development training is amazing they really care about the development of each and every employees. Everyone is supportive and passionate about the product we provide.

      If you're not ready to be apart of a hyper growth company than this isn't the place for you

      Glad you like the people and pets. It’s one of the special things about working here. Being an emerging fintech organization, we are continually evolving our talent practices and building some that didn’t exist before. While we have begun the journey in Talent Development by offering training, a learning stipend, and free Amazon business books, we are working now on building out development planning and starting Talent Review conversations, which will support internal mobility. We look forward to building on the success of our internal posting program which has provided internal mobility to many colleagues.
