i had a flexible schedule and was given the opportunity to move up from crewperson. My manager trained me with on-the-job work.

Cons

I had to work a lot of weekends. After a while, other managers seemed to get more attention, even though I was the one always called when someone didn't show up for work.

Dairy Queen is very flexible, and they train their employees very well. Also, they treat their employees very well. I was able to take a lot of time off as well.

Cons

I found that the downsides of working here is that it is extremely busy and you dont get very long breaks.
