This is a typical high school summer job and will be about what you expect it to be. That's about it.

Cons

It is hot and you have to be able to work at a fast pace to get through long lines of people waiting for their orders.

learn how to mutli task. you speak with the customer directly. It is fun place to work at some times. the people you work with are fun and make the job more enjoyable

Cons

the customer could complain because you don't have a certain product or its not made to their liking which could be discouraging at time because you would repeat the order to them.

Pros

They don't really need anything from you except commitment. The managers are nice and respects your availability, but it sometimes ends up with you not getting any shifts at all. Another reason is that it is perfect for a high school student who needs some extra money. I found it very nice that the company likes to employ younger people. Employee discounts is also great at the company!

Cons

Low pay, and no chance of advancing at all due to the way the company is structured. A few managers treat employees as expendable costs rather than an asset that helps the company generate revenue.
