A lot of quality people to work with, and you learn skills that will last a lifetime. Very helpful with people skills.

Cons

Management may crack down on some picky things. But, overall it was a great experience and I didn't experience too many negative experiences.

Pros

The working time hours are flexible. The owners recognize good performance and gives the crew what they deserve - increase and more hours.

Cons

There are instances when the staff is undermanned and the store gets really busy and you just don't know what to do first - ice cream, till or serve food. Dealing with angry and difficult customers is really hard

Fun place although depends on manager and co-workers

Cheap to free food is nice and at my personal location my co-workers are very friendly and I enjoy working with them

Cons

You can sometimes get rude customers, big differences in how busy the store is depending on the weather (when it's cold it's almost alwasy dead, and when it's hot out it's packed and tons of customers)
