      Great leadership to work under. Everyone was very intelligent and helpful in guiding me in learning and growing as a professional.

      Cons

      The lack of challenging work forced me to leave the company. It was small so there was little room for growth unless you worked as a recruiter.

      I have been with 3 recruiting agencies in my career and Daley and Associates is by far the best company that I have worked at. They provide an outstanding office location and environment to work in. The company really makes an effort to invest in their people with training and the best tool you can use in the industry! The company offers a professional environment with a great mix of men and women younger and older that know the business. If you are looking for a company to invest in your future and treat you like an adult THIS is the company to work for! We offer excellent benefits and their is no cap on what you can earn. The company's payouts are excellent!
