Business Outlook
Pros
Daley has a wonderful atmosphere that made it a great company to work for. I worked in an area that I was not familiar with but the employees took the time to train me properly and give me the necessary skills. By the end of my internship I was doing things I thought I could never do before. They made me feel like I was really helping them out.
Cons
It is a male dominated company which can be slightly intimidating as a female but the women i worked with were absolute powerhouses who took control. They are making strides to increase their female population though.
