Easy Going, low stress, great work environment, flexible hours. Overall a good place to work.

Cons

Pay is a bit low. I can not think of many cons because it was a great job.

You get more knowledgeable and experienced every day you tutor someone.

Cons

The only thing I believe as cons is that they pay less. If you tutor in private you would make about twice the salary they pay you there.

Pros

Staff and management are great at working with you and being flexible. They understand that you are a student first and are trying to earn a degree.

Cons

None really. Sometimes the schedule might not be flexible for a semester but they will still work with you to try and match your needs.
