There is A LOT more to it than the description of the job.
It is not JUST tutoring a subject.
Since, it is a grant-based program, so everything you do each day much be justifiable to their judgment through extensive documentation.
Really the job is 90% clerical work 5% program recruitment 5% actual tutoring.
Getting students engaged in our services can be a challenge sometimes and we rely on student engagement to justify having a job, so that will always be on your mind versus other campus tutoring facilities that don't rely on grant-aid.
Really nowhere to go with it professionally within the program.
