Colleagues, students, ability to provide educational opportunities to populations that may not have the chance to attend college otherwise.

Cons

Administration is overwhelmed and underprepared, communication is nonexistent, people are let go and no one knows who works there, students are almost the last group considered, the textbook program is a total mess, and the reorganization has been a general internal disaster.
