      Plenty of vacation being on the college calendar plus holidays. Community College tuition waiver after 1 year for full time employees.

      Cons

      Not many options for upward movement past director level; some processes are district wide while same are per individual campus, yet many students ‘swirl’ in between multiple campuses. Cross campus communication and collaboration not strong.
