      Lot's of time off Decent Benefits Low pressure Decent retirement job or for young people with low ambition.

      Cons

      Salary low Little to no departmental training for advancing job skills Incompetence and inefficiency is the normal for local management. No advancement opportunity at this college. Unethical and discriminatory supervisors.
