      * Benefits, including free health insurance & vacation time. * Hours worked

      Cons

      *Employees who have been here long are extremely bitter, making for a hostel work environment. There is not a lot of room to promote within the branch of the college you are in. However, if you are willing to try a new department there are many opportunities. Many employees complain about pay, but refuse to change anything about it.
