Business Outlook
Pros
Most of the district employees are friendly and helpful. This helps offset the disorganization a bit. The students also tend to be very willing to learn, though can be quite remedial.
Cons
The administration is pretty disorganized. I don't feel like I was ever properly trained, and had to rely heavily on other employees to fill in the large gaps in my knowledge regarding basic, routine things.
