      Pros

      There are opportunities within the full district even if they aren't there at the individual colleges. Some of the colleges have a very supportive family atmosphere.

      Cons

      You have to deal with a lot of bureaucracy and change is slow to come. Each college location is very different. There isn't opportunity for moving up within a college; you have to move outside the college.
