-Depends on your position. Some are relaxing, but most are the front-desk jobs and multiple tasks with working in the front & back.

Cons

-Deals with basic daily problems, and independent problem-solving skills. -Ability to communicate and manage stresses, pressures, and diverse cross functional relationship.

Pros

None really. My location was horrible. And we were not in a position to help students in any meaningful way. I voluntarily left when the major restructuring was underway in 2021. From the sound of it, not much has improved.

Cons

As for the people in management positions, those who I interacted with, they were horrible. Many cut-throat individuals who cared only about their own career and the appearance of being competent.

Cons

They say they listen and want to do things to improve the culture, but it is only lipservice. Don't go here looking for remote work. You won't get it even though they claim to offer it.
