      The adjunct; The underdog

      Pros

      I like the system. I love the programming. I like the diverse students. I like the pay.

      Cons

      I am annoyed that the school takes students away from adjuncts to fill full time faculty’s classes. You expect to teach up until 3 days prior to class starting. Then out of nowhere, registrars snatch all your students, reassign them to other sections and you are left with no classes. After a few times, they will remove you from the payroll without so much as a word or a warning.

      Won't pay you based on what you bring to the table, instead you are paid based on how they value the position, you can have a BA yet will still get paid and entry salary.
