I enjoy working at Dallas College as a professor. The students are respectful and so are the members of staff. That being said, there isn't a lot of interaction with other staff. You go to class, teach your classes and then you go home.

Cons

Terrible contracts. If you are a full time temporary, you have to reapply for your position which sucks.
