Cons

Working around jealous, underhanded people who lie on you and overstep professional boundaries to try to get you terminated. Pay was comparable to an entry-level position although the duties were mid-level; the workload often outweighed the pay Office space did not provide privacy - no confidentiality to speak with students about personal issues
