Collaborative coworkers Ability to work from home on snow days

I came in at a time where the college was still transitioning into one singular college with multiple campuses, which was a little chaotic Low salary doesn't match the workload Director would allow one of the coworkers to delegate certain tasks which made her feel like she was my supervisor and we were the same title; this created a lot of tension between us

Bureaucracy....clueless as to how campuses need to work. Too busy making cosmetic hires and ignoring student concerns. Ignorant of due process.
