Pros
Faculty work very hard while traveling across Dallas to attend different campuses. Staff work on shoestring budgets.
Cons
The executive decisions of the administration are not made clear to the staff and faculty. Mass lay offs were rampant while administrators promised otherwise. With bond money, the eastfield campus was planning on building a shopping center on the campus instead of more class rooms.
