Kind people, the organization authentically wants to help students, options for upward mobility below (up to) the Director level. Flexibility to work at different campuses (when allowed) is also a plus.

Cons

Slow/paused upward mobility at higher levels and there is a VERY wide variation between the roles and responsibilities across position levels within the same title/band (e.g., a Director/Senior Director in one area might have drastically more responsibilities and oversight than one in a different area at the same level/seniority/salary).
