President of Richland is a controlling wench-- she knows nothing about nothing and if you improve your enrollment numbers she doesn't like being upstaged-- but more important -- if the State of Texas knew of all the illegal enrollment there -- they would be SHUT DOWN!!

Helping students with their essays can be fun and informative. Schedules are flexible. Proficient college students are also considered for this position. Mountain View campus.

Cons

The environment can be toxic. Management/Director can disappear for entire days without notice or approval (time theft). I believe they were replaced since I left my position, so this could be better now. Older staff can be aggressive to students or invasive/intrusive to other staff. Really nice a pleasant part-time job aside from that.
