Pros

The community at Dallas College is very understanding and friendly towards all peoples. They live up to their ideal of inclusion and have plenty of amenities to make working there that much more enjoyable. They are also very understanding and helpful to part-time staff.

Cons

The IT department is kind of scuffed. Regardless of how important an issue is, some things may be resolved within the minute, other things may take months to be resolved. I think they are either understaffed or mismanaged.
