Cons

Worst environment I've ever worked in in regards to management. Incompetency is the rule of thumb. Socialist mentality with deep seated racism against conservatives. Spends and wastes tax dollars like drunken sailors. Most instructors don't care about education just brainwashing students with the Black Lives Matter agenda.

Before the transition, It was a really great place to work, co-workers' helped each other to grow and develop professionally. The family-type atmosphere was authentic. But now that they have adopted this corporate-type business model, people have lost that sense of unity.

Cons

Unstable with no structure, since they've transitioned into one college.
