The workforce is enjoyable. Fellow employees are a joy to work with.

Cons

The leadership team is not effective at leading. They are not good decision makers or communicators. Decisions that are made are often to the detriment of the college. They do not care for their employees.

Dallas Collegd got rid of a lot of amazing people or did not appreciate their employees who they needed the most. It was transitioning to corporate America
