      Retirement contribution and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Hundreds of dedicated and loyal staff laid off for reorganization. Hundreds of positions discontinued and staff not rehired because of new organization. This started during pandemic quarantine and all work was 100% remote. Lack of compassion.
