They're downsizing. AVOID

Pros

Only the people of the union. They are good people and want to do a good job.

Cons

Many operations run 7 days, 3 shifts because the equipment breaks down all the time. And the management just patches it up. Can't take machines down for PM because they run shipments every couple of hours to the customers to prevent shutting them down! And they used helicopters! Very toxic work environment. And they routinely falsify test reports. Disgraceful.

Pros

Good people and you are hardly getting fired.

Cons

Not organized, no one follows processes, too many systems to be used but none is updated. Most managers don't support getting problems solved. Financials are not that important (they say they are, but we don't see them).
