Pros

Good quality products and good people to work with. The management for the most part is good to work with and will help you whenever necessary.

Cons

Company was in bad finanical times, not much room for growth or opportunity. Salaries were below the industry average and so were benefits.

Pros

The people are what makes Dana strong. The compensation has been within market ranges and opportunities for growth are possible for those who try to excel.

Cons

Senior Management and current and past CEO's during the past 5 years have been horrible. Never have I seen such a greedy attempt to build a golden parachute and jump ship. Until this corruption is rooted out Dana will never return to the profitable state it can achieve. In this current economy Senior managment should be totally on a performance based compensation and not able to negotiate the multi-million guaranteed salalries. Never have I seen such a morally bankrupt management structure, they should be ashamed.

Pros

The new leadership team is strong and very proactive. The outlined corporate strategy is clear and it should return financial stability back to the company. There are great opportunities for advancement with in the financial and supply chain organizations. Dana has a laid back corporate culture and stresses the work life balance. Management allows for flexible working locations in some cases.

Cons

The work can be repetitive and many simple tasks are complete manually. Navigating Dana's matrix structure can be confusing and the flow of information suffers as a result. Maumee, OH provides a quite place to live but does not offer any excitement.
