There is Work life balance in Dana.

Cons

No BONUS if you are below Manager position. Dana removed BONUS in 2025 for Below Manager position including existing employees. After BONUS removal for below Manager the Manager and above are now getting 200% bonus which is unfair. Dana use to have 2 bonus slab of 5% and 10 % which they removed in 2025. The manager and above gets 15% and above that too this year they gave 200% of bonus which is totally unfair.
