If you are white and male, you will love it! Otherwise not so much.

Cons

Lots of female turnover. I guess women figure out that it's a boys club and leave within a year or 2. IT is out of control, pulling application access on a whim. Cliques of mediocre white guys. Open floor plan allows for 0 privacy.
