The Danfoss MD offices are a friendly work environment.

Cons

Danfoss should provide at least 2 months on site in the office for new hires that telecommute. They did not. Other companies don't either. Big mistake.

Small possibility of advancement. During the recession we were forced to "voluntarily" take a week off to protect the bottom line for shareholders.
